TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E344 OF 2023 By (1) Catherine Njambi Kiarie and (2) Stephen Kariuki Ngocho, both of P.O. Box 18, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kiarie Ngocho, who died at Gatundu, on 20th June, 2014. CAUSE No. E110 oF 2024 By (1) Mairuri James Wainaina Karangatha and (2) Grace Waithira Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 55350-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Wainana Kabechu, who died at Kiamwario, Thika, on 5th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2024 By (1) Stanley Githinji Ndungu and (2) Samuel Kiruthi Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 416-01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiah Ndungu Kitonga, who died at Karuri, on 11th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
