TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Kamau Mbugua and (2) Evans Njoroge Kamau, both of P.O. Box 83, Menengai West in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Wanjiku Njoroge, who died on 12th February, 2023.
