TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Daniel Hezekiel Mnene and (2) Reuben Joseph Ngingara, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Joseph Ngingara alias Hezekia Joseph Ngingaru alias Hezekiah Joseph Nginigara alias Hezekiah Joseph Ngingara, who died at Miembeni Village, Taveta, on 10th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By David Msau Mkunzu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Muluki Mbatha alias Muluki Mbatha Mzuku alias Muluki Mbatha Mkunzu alias Muluku Mbathi Mkuzu, who died on 24th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
