TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By Juline Lydia Apondi Odimba, c/o P.O. Box 1995-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeniffer Atieno Odimba, who died on 17th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2023 By Christine Atieno Akach, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Akach Obia, who died at Mulala, on 23rd April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2023 By Rose Achieng’ Ofulu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Oulo Ogutu alias Olulu Ogutu, who died at Barchando, on 22nd February, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
