TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2023 the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Tumbo, who died at Kirie Sub-location, on 4th May, 1992. 12th January, 2024 CAUSE No. E230 OF 2023 Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbogo Mutengania alias Joseph Mbogo alias Mbogo Kiriamburi, who died at Kianjiru. CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2023 By Simon Nthiga Nguku, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguku Nthinwa, who died at Mbeere North, on 7th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
