Machira Ngatia, of P.O. Box 73-10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Muthoni Ngatia, who died at Gura Sub-location, on 26th April, 2016. CAUSE No. E172 OF 2023 By Peter Kamau Kanyugo, of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of King’ori Kanyugo, who died at Rurika Sub-location, on 18th Februaruy, 1972. The Court will’ proceed to:issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
