TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E222 OF 2023 By (1) Dickson Nyamawi Mwaidza and (2) Joseph Munga Mwaidza, the deceased’s purchasers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwandonga Njengo, who died on 15th October, 2021. CAUSE No. E228 OF 2023 By Adam Mwayongo Zoka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jona Zoka Mkamba alias Zoka Mkamba Mlala, who died on 30th September, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
