TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 171 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Araka Nyanchabera and (2) Mellen Nyamira, both of P.O. Box 9, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenge Nyanchabera alias Kenge Kenge, who died on 20th May, 1980. CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2023 By Donald Mogoi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Njore Onchoka alias Njore Onchoka, who died on 18th September, 2012. CAUSE No. E403 OF 2023 By Julius Nyaboa Anyuga, the deceased’ s son, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Oenga Gesusu, who died at Nyosia, on Ist June, 1994. The Court will proceed to. issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
