TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court In: CAUSE No. 133 OF 2020 By Evans Omwenga Onchwari of PO. Box 1643-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of: jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Robinson Onchwari Bikundo, who died at Sensi, on 20th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
