TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 308 OF 2023 By (1) James Arusei Tarus, (2) Mike Kiprotich Arusei and (3) Judith Jepkoech Arusi, all of P.O. Box 7921, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. K.O. Ndege & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Linah Jeruto Tarus, who died at Fountain Healthcare, on 22nd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 348 OF 2023 By (1) Jonah Kipruto Rono and (2) Ruth Jepkemei, both of P.O. Box 1275-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono Rotich Omi, who, died at Emkwen, on 15th November, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
