TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 408 OF 2023 By Joseph Mwita Matiko, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maroa Muniko Gisugutwa, who died on 23rd December, 2009. CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2023 By Sophia Akinyi Aketch, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okeyo Obonyo alias Okeyo Ombonyo John, who died at Amoyo Central Location, on 29th September, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
