TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E459 OF 2023 By (1) Evan Peter Kuruma Ndungu and (2) Rosemary Wambui Njongoro, both of P.O. Box 1833-00232, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Mwihaki Ndungu, who died at Gathiga, on 8th March, 2023. CAUSE No. E504 OF 2023 By Serah Njambi Mwaura, of P.O. Box 1071-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njuguna Njoroge, who died at Gathiga, on 24th October, 2022. 12th January, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
