TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E547 OF 2023 By Maurice Nyangayo Obunga, of P.O. Box 10, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Nyangayo Obunga alias Raphael Obunga, who died at East Katieno, on 4th January, 1989. CAUSE No. E551 OF 2023 By George Manyala Miruka, the decased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Abongo Ndolo, who died at Nyalenda “A” Sub-location, on 20th May 1982. 12th January, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
