TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 513 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Akoth Okite and (2) Catherine Adhiambo Omange, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gerry Apome, who died at Nairobi, on 16th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E642 OF 2023 By (1) Rosemary Atieno Oluoch and (2) Gordon Oluoch Onyango, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Ombelu Oluotch alias Dorcas Ombelu Oluoch, who died at Nightingale Medical Centre, on 8th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
