TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E588 OF 2023 By Kenneth Evans Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1740, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Waithera Ngugi alias Tabitha W. Negugi- Martinez, who died along E. Albany Street, on 22nd September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E598 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Wambui Riunge and (2) Mercy Muthoni Riunge, both of P.O. Box 12721, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Wangari Riunge, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 13th April, 2016. The Court wil! proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this ‘respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
