TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made 1n this court in:
CAUSE NO E15 OF 2026
By Willis Octueng Ouma, of P.O. Box 1364-40100, Kisumu in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Awino Ouma, who died at Nyalenda “B”, on 4th August, 1998
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette
