TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made 1n this court mn:
CAUSE NO E411 OF 2025
By Nicholas Kassa Mulatya, of P O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wanza Mulatya alias Telesia Wanza Mulatya alias T. Wanza Mulatya, who died at Kitui, on 2nd August, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance 1n this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
