TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2024 By (1) Lucy Njeri Chege and (2) Mary Njeri Chege, both of P.O. Box 2~20303, OI Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Chege Ndirangu alias Chege Ndirangu, who died at Ol Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By (1) Njeri Mburu Mukora and (2) Joseph Waweru Mburu, both of P.O. Box 47, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaack Ngugi Karanja alias Isaac Ngugi Karanja, who died at Miharati, on 30th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
