E350F.2025 By (1) Maroa Peter Samuel, (2) Sibirina Gati Mwera and (3) James Maroa Bageni, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Machira, who died at Kwimbancha Sub- location, on 1st August, 1997. ; CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By Jackson Chacha Muchuma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchuma Gisiwau alias Mochoma Gisiwao, who died at Gwikonge Sub-location, on 15th April, 1997, ‘ The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
