TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025
By (1) Paul Omondi Owino, (2) Jane Apiyo Ongoro and (3) Pamela
Akoth Olalo, all of P.O. Box 230, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silpa Aroko Olalo, who died at
Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on
9th July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
