TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E41 OF 2025 By (1) Benard Malelu Nthakyo and (2) Francis Mutiso Nthakyo, both of P.O. Box 1-90138, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nthakyo Katolo, who died at Makindu Sub-district Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 1992. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2025 By Wambua Mutavi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Ndeto Mutavi, who died at Sultan Hamud Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
