CAUSE No. E119 oF 2025 By Chivatsi Charo Mzungu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shehe Mzungu alias Shehe Mzungu Muoe , who died on 12th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E120 oF 2025 By Fixtan Mrima Njuga, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Bahati Kambi, who died on 11th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Peris Dama Baya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalume Lewa Chai, who died at District Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 6th April, 2003.
