TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: . CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By (1) Sheila Julius Rumba, (2) Isaac Rumba Mbui and (3) David Ngutta Rumba, all of P.O. Box 339-80400, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mbui Rumba, who died at Kinango Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2008: s The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
