TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Boac Abere Yiemi, of P.O. Box 18, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyayiemi Araka Siangu alias Yiemi Araka, who died at Matutu, on 23rd March, 2002. ' CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By (1) Nchoke Otwory Johnney, (2) Pacificah Kemunto Otwori, (3) Naomi Njeri Otwori and (4) Margaret Kemunto Boruma, all of P.O. Box 1-40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Nyamora Onkware, who died at A. LC. Litein, on 3rd July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
