TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: Se CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Zachary Oichoe Nyamweya, of P.O. Box 19284-00501, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Kemunto Oichoe, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By Japheth Omoke Onsembe, of P.O. Box 60, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Onsembe Samwel alias Osembe Samuel, who died at Gionseri, on 22nd June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
