TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025 By (1) Paul Mursoi and (2) Joseph Mursoi, both of P.O. Box 249- 20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Taplelei Tarno, who died at Cheptuiyet, on 14th March, 1983. CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2025 By (1) Alfred Kipketer Maritim, (2) Thomas Kimutai Barchilei and. (3) Joel Kipkoske, Maritim, all of P.O. Box 460, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant. of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Bachile Ngok alias Barchilei Ngok, who died at Ainamoi, on 14th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and: appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days fromthe date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
