TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: (7 | | 29th August, 2025 CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025 By (1) Helena Jepkemoi Kimutai and (2) John Kiptoo Mutai, of P.O. Box 352-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimutai Kibor, who died at Eldoret, on 22nd July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E144 oF 2025 By (1) Kiprop Chemelil and (2) Zipporah Cheptarus, both of P.O. Box 564-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkechem Kipkech, who died at Marigat, on 22nd February, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
