E282 OF 2024 By Jeremia Oyuga Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Odongo Akech, who died at Uyawi Sub-location, on 5th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2025 By Maritha Atho Ondego, of P.O. Box 350-40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ondego Ongong’a, who died at Nyawita Sub-location. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By Stephen Ogola, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Akinyi Sewe, who died at Africa Inuka Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
