E116 OF 2025 By Stephen Gathungu Mwenda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Waithera Gathongo, who died at Huruma Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. E122 oF 2025 By (1) Salome Mbatha Kinyua and (2) Davis Munywoki Kinyua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imutti Lawrence Kinyua, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 7th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
