TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E173 OF 2024 By Hellen Anne Waithira Kamande, of P.O. Box 93291-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Maribe Mutia, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2023.
