TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By (1) Philippe Alexis Geenen, (2) Ben Josephus Geenen and (3) Rhoda Nyambura Njoroge, all of P.O.-Box; 13687-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erik Renatus Maria Geenen, who died at Heers, Belgium, on 13th May, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
