TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Muthee Karanja, (2) Perpetua Wanjiku Karanja and (3) Mary Muthoni Karanja, all of P.O. Box 16218-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiru Karanja, who died on 2nd October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
