E119 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Adongo Owaga, (2) Serfina Ochola Owaga and (3) Regina Auma Nyambalo, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owaga Mungue alias Owaga Munguwe alias Owaga Mungwe, who died on 25th May, 2007. CAUSE No, E120 OF 2021 By Gordon Odhiambo Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Otieno Riegi, who died on 22nd April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
