TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 388 OF 2021 By Plista Apondi Okeyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melkasedek Okeyo Nyende alias Okeyo Nyende, who died on 8th October, 1990. CAUSE NO. 389 OF 2021 By (1) Rosa Achieng Musach and (2) Mathilida Apiyo Odima, the deceased’s stepmother and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Omolo Odima, who died on 10th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. 478 OF 2021 By Charles Angurume Odhiambo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Mark Opiyo alias Gabriel Opiyo Mak’Opiyo, who died on Ist June, 2019. CAUSE No. 502 OF 2021 By Vitalice Owino Ogallo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Opiyo, who died on 12th December, 1975. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
