TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 284 OF 2021 By (1) Margrate Anindo Ogutu and (2) Grace Mandela, both of P.O. Box 39, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marko Esikuri Oyondi alias Marko Sikure Oyondi. CAUSE NO. 316 OF 2021 By (1) Margarte Olesia, (2) Leonita Kanaiza Otwoma (3) Nelson Otwoma, (4) Ernest Malongo Otwoma, and (5) Sammy Otioli Otwoma, the deceased’s widows and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Otwoma alias Nelson Otwoma Mwangala alias Nelson Otwoma E. Mwangala, who died at Tboona Sub-location, on 2nd July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
