Box 391, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itirithia Birithia alias Jakubu M'ltirithia M’Birithia, late of Kimirii. who died there on 22nd July, 2020. CAUSE NO. [82 OF 2021 By Purity Kinya Mwenda, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Mwenda Ithewa, late of Kilenchune, who died there on 10th March, 2016. CAUSE No. 184 OF 2021 By Rose Kariri Bariu, of P.O. Box 506, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Echengi Baikanatha alias Echengi Baikanatha, late of Kianjai, who died there on 13th April, 2018. CAUSE No. 185 OF 2021 By (1) Eunice Kathure and (2) Titus Bundi, both of P.O. Box 90, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Thiauru M'Igweta, late of Mutinjuri, who died there on 31st March, 2015.
