TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2019 By Joseph Kalama Tsuwi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyevu Kalama Tsuwi, who died on 21st April, 1997, CAUSE NO. E249 oF 2021 By (1) Mary Charo Baya and (2) Zaina Butaura Kiriba, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taura Kiriba Kizua, who died on 25th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2021 By (1) Anderson Mbaji Muruu and (2) Samson Jela Munuu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mruu Guyo Munga, who died on 16th December, 1986. CAUSE NO. E281 OF 2021 By Esther Luvuno Katana, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kitsao Katana, who died on 9th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
