TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 569 OF 2021 By Joanes Ochieng Okech, of P.O. Box 348, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josfina Nyakwa Wagongo, who died at Lihanda, on 2nd August, 2019. CAUSE NO. 573 OF 2021 By (1) James Aduodi Oteng’ and (2) George Otieno Owino, both of P.O. Box 309, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectovely, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Aduodi, who died at Kagilo, on 21st July, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
