TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 42 “B” OF 2021 By Margeret Muhonja Mulonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Crispo Muhindi, who died at Magui Sub-location, on 3rd October, 1980. CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2021 By Vincent Adolwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Mbalanya Odari, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 4th August, 1985. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By Henry Jaddy Lanogwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Lanogwa Asava, who died at Emanda Sub-location, on 2nd August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
