TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2021 By Grace Matege M’Mboene, of P.O. Box 52, Gaitu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Mwongera Ngitui M’Nandi alias Samson Mwongera M’Ngitui, who died at Gacuru, Kathwene, on 10th August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2021 By (1) Stanley Kiome M’Mukiri and (2) Penina Karea Arimi, both of P.O. Box 1052, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukiri Ikutha, who died at Kiija Location, on 18th October, 1979. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2021 By Loise Nyoroka Marangu, of P.O. Box 76-60205, Githongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhet Marangu, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2008. CAUSE No. E142 OF 2021 By Ruciano Murangiri Mwirichia, of P.O. Box 396~-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwari Mukuthuria alias Lusaria w/o Mwirichia, who died at Nkuene Sub-location, on 19th June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of thts notice in the Kenya Gazette.
