E29 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Wathigo and (2) David Kinyanjui Munyua, both of P.O. Box 44654-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Waweru Munyua, who died at Gakoromone, on 4th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Njogu Gitimu and (2) Patriciah Wanjiku Gitimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatimu Ndugire alias Gitimu Ndugire, who died at Mutarakwa, on 3rd January, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
