TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Chepngetich, (2) Samson Kipkemoi Maiwa and (3) Simon Kiplangat, all of P.O. Box 453, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiwa arap Kaptich, who died at Kipkoiyan, on 9th March, 1982. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2021 By (1) Joshua Kipyegon Koech and (2) Joyce Chepngetich Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 56, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Chepkwony alias Kipkoech Chepkwony, who died at Nganaset, on I 1th March, 2017, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
