TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2021 By John Musa Ngulubai, of P.O. Box 25-90305, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Scholastica Koki Musa alias Scholastica Koki Mbuvi, who died at New Ngei Road Nursing Home. on 19th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
