TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 291 OF 2021 By Ephantus Kuria Muiruri, of P.O. Box 1106, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Njoki Ngari & Co., advocate of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felista Wairimu Muiruri, late of Gakoe, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 294 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Njeri Karingiti and (2) Henry Mwangi Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 5200-01002, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emily Wambui Wainaina, late of Gatuanyaga, who died there on 13th May, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
