E689 OF 2021 By Rahab Muthoni Thaithi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimani Gitau, late of Kiambaa, who died at Njoro, Muchatha, Kiambaa, on 5th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E694 OF 2021 By (1) Richard Muema Kinai and (2) Margaret Katele Kioko, both of P.O. Box 34-90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rodah Ntheke Kinai, late of South B, who died at Southlands, South B, on 19th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E698 OF 2021 By Esther Waithira Kimani, of P.O. Box 641-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kimani Ngugi, late of Karunga, who died there on 5th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
