E40 OF 2021 By Gioia Anna, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Giovanni Forino, who died at Baronissi, on 22nd January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2021 By Karisa Kitsao Karisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyevu Kaingu Kiriba, who died at Majejenjeni, on 18th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021 By (1) Tracy Wambui Njau, (2) Kenneth Peter Njau and (3) John Kariuki, the deceased’s daughter, childrens father and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sandra Gathoni Kanyotu, who died at Afya Internationat Hospital, on 15th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazerre.
