File No. MMXX, by our client, Richard Mungai Mwaura, of P.O. Box 2308-00900. Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Karuoya Richard Gathimbu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Karuoya Richard Gathimbu, and in leu thereof assumed and adopted the name Richard Mungai Mwaura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Richard Mungai Mwaura only.
