NOTICE is given to the general public, pursuant to the Water Act, 2016, section 139, that Ngagaka Water and Sanitation Company Limited, has made application to the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) for a Regular Tariff Adjustment. Details of the proposed tariff adjustments can be obtained/viewed from the Company’s website; www.ngawasco.co.ke or at our head office located at Kianjokoma Market along Mutunduri/ irangi Road. Written comments on improvements on service delivery and on the proposed upward tariff review should be addressed to the Managing Director, Ngagaka Water and Sanitation Company, P.O. Box 2507-: 60100, or emailed to ngawasco@gmail.com and copied to tariffs@wasreb.go.ke The closing date for receipt of comments shall be thirty (30) days from the publication of this notice.
