WHEREAS Anmare Limited, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Complex/787, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, and after all due diligence cannot be located or found, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register (green card), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
