NOTICE is issued pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KNB 537, chassis No. 616688, 55 Coupe, lying at Ali’s Garage, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication and upon payment of all storage charges together with other costs including cost of publishing this notice. Failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner and any proceeds thereof shal! be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further notice.
